We currently offer lash tint, lift, and extensions. Service for eyebrows includes lamination, tint and threading. We also sell Adoreyes which is a Canadian-made eyelash and brow conditioner to keep them growing and looking their best. Makeup application is available in the studio or on location (travel fees may apply). We use the best products available and are MAC-recognized artists.

Lash Lifting & Tinting:

This is an aesthetic service that uses a perm solution to 'lift and curl' natural lashes while darkening them using a tint. The effect is often referred to as 'semi-permanent mascara' and has the impact of making lashes appear longer and eyes appear wider. It allows you to skip the daily curling and use of traditional mascara. It lasts up to 8 weeks.

Brow Lamination:

This procedure transforms your natural (but sometimes messy or unruly) brows into a gorgeous, uniform and full brow shape in under 30 minutes. This convenient and non-invasive procedure can last up to 2 months and eliminates the need for daily grooming of the eyebrows.

Eye Lash Extensions:

Using individual fibres (lashes), your natural lash is cleaned, primed and isolated, then the fibre is dipped in a small amount of adhesive and attached to your natural lash. Each mature lash will receive an extension, one by one and the finished look is a beautiful, thick, long lash line. No mascara or heavy eye makeup is needed for extensions.

Threading:

Hair removal by threading has been around for thousands of years and originated in the middle east. It is the process of using cotton thread twisted against itself and rolled along the skin over unwanted hair. The thread picks up each unwanted hair and pulls it out. Threading removes short lines of hair, therefore enabling precision sculpting quickly. Think of it as the accuracy of plucking combined with the speed of waxing. There is no hot wax used, no risk of burns and no waste with threading.

Waxing:

Waxing is the process of hair removal from the root by using a covering of a sticky substance, such as wax, to adhere to body hair, and then removing this covering and pulling out the hair from the follicle. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week due to some of their hair being on a different human hair growth cycle. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, pubic hair (called bikini waxing or intimate waxing), legs, arms, back, abdomen, chest, knuckles, and feet. At Primp Haus, we use exclusively premium hard wax which is gentle on the skin, less risk of burns and less waste.

Spray Tanning:

Spray tanning involves standing in a tent like structure while an airbrush artist applies a mist solution to your body. The solution has ingredients including, dihydroxyacetone (DHA), which interacts with your own skin's chemistry to give it a more bronzed appearance. Spray tanning lasts up to 10 days and is a safe alternate to sun tans.

Bridal makeup application can be done on location or in our beauty salon in Thorndale ON. Using luxury products that have proven to meet bridal needs and look just as you would like it for your special day. Soft glam? Glowy skin? Coloured/heavier on the eyes? We have you covered.
